I’m looking for the marinade/ sizzling sauce that is on fajitas in restaurants such as chili’s or Applebee’s. I have tried many recipes that claim to be it and nothing is even close to the flavor. If anyone who works at a restaurant that serves fajitas could tell me what is in it I would appreciate it.

You know when that restaurant is known for specializing in that one thing eg: french fries, buffalo wings, steak, ribs, pasta, etc. Well my idea is to have a restaurant that goes to restaurants and takes that one good dish and put it on my menu. My whole menu will be other menues dishes from a bunch of different restaurants. I will be able to get the recipes by offering free advertisement in my restaurant’s menu. Like if I get a soups recipe from “Uncle Lou’s” restaurant, my menu will say “From Uncle Lou’s” and then say the soup. Tell me if you think it is a good idea.
