I’m in Los Angeles, and i was wondering if 40k would be enough to open my own restaurant?

out here in LA 40k couldnt buy you a year lease…. Your gonna need loans and that 40k should go to buying furniture… I hate to break it to you but we have enough clubs and restuarants out here in LA… I wanted to start a Nightclub/Restaurant but I realised that 5 minutes away in hollywood theirs about 30… and then we have so many just spread out through Universal City, Hollywood, Culver City, and everywhere inbetween… You could still open it in LA County… like right outside the main cities… like somewhere in Lancaster… Its really cheap out there because they are still building it up…its hot as hell because its in the desert but in the next 5 years it will be looking like out here
