Tell me if you think this is a good idea for a restaurant?

You know how restauraunts always have that one thing on the menu which is way better than anything else. You know when that restaurant is known for specializing in that one thing eg: french fries, buffalo wings, steak, ribs, pasta, etc. Well my idea is to have a restaurant that goes to restaurants and takes that one good dish and put it on my menu. My whole menu will be other menues dishes from a bunch of different restaurants. I will be able to get the recipes by offering free advertisement in my restaurant’s menu. I tried wikipedia, and I searched in the tool bar, and all I could find was a description of the dish (without a recipe for it), or restaurants that sell it.
